RETURNS:

Pre-approval return policy:

Please call or e-mail for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days.  Books may not be returned for credit or exchange unless they are physically defective (such as missing pages).  If not defective, all sales are final on books.

All sales are final on services and consultations.  No refunds will be given once services are purchased.

All sales are final on downloadable audio and electronic files purchased.  If, for some reason, the files do not work properly, please e-mail or call The Healing Patch with complete explanation and refunds will be discussed, but not guaranteed.  

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.

USA Orders: 
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order via the U.S. postal service media mail (for priority mail services, extra charges may be quoted by calling 805-837-9018).  For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air, which may include greater postage and handling changes.

Canada and International Orders:

Due to technicalities with customs and security, we are able to ship to limited addresses in Canada and abroad.  For ALL international orders, please e-mail rawhealingpatch@gmail.com or call (805) 837-9018 with a full, legal street address and the items you wish to order.  You will be quoted a total for shipping, if shippable, and you may decide at that point if you wish to order.  All shipping charges on international orders will be processed separately through PayPal invoicing.  Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. The Healing Patch is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. 

PRIVACY POLICY

The Healing Patch does not share personal information or e-mail addresses with anyone, under any circumstance.  Personal information and e-mail addresses are used for data collection purposes only and will not be released to any person or company outside of The Healing Patch.
