We are all addicts

We are all addicts; how can we not be?  Our daily routine is filled with a constant overload of stress, hurry, worry and lack. Each person has their own personal vice. You might be one of those people who believe that they are not an addict (Such as the "K's Choice Song" that refers to this), but I am here to tell that there is a 99.9% chance that you do have some sort of addictive behavior. Whether it is food, drug, activity, etc… Figure out your addiction, recognize it and always work on ...

What a mess you are…

Sometimes I think to myself, “What a mess you are.” My mind says these words without any reasoning behind the statement. I don’t know how long this has been happening unconsciously in my mind, maybe many years. However, I am currently conscious of this behavior and have stopped to ask myself why it happens.
